A government agricultural initiative
Acres
Brand Designer
The brief
The ACRES Project, a government of Ireland-led environmental and agricultural initiative, is seeking a logo that encapsulates its commitment to sustainability and the harmonious interplay between agriculture and the environment. The logo should convey growth, environmental consciousness, and align with the government's visual identity, projecting authority and trustworthiness.
My Role
I designed the brand identity for The ACRES Project, creating a logo that visually represents sustainability, agricultural growth, and environmental harmony. The design balances modern aesthetics with the authority and trustworthiness expected from a government-led initiative.
Approach
(01)
Understanding the Vision
To create a logo that truly represents The ACRES Project, I first analyzed the initiative’s mission, values, and impact. The goal was to capture the balance between agriculture and environmental sustainability in a visually compelling way.

Refinement & Finalization
After selecting the strongest concept, I fine-tuned colors, typography, and iconography to enhance clarity and recognition. The final design ensures a professional yet approachable identity that resonates with both stakeholders and the public.
The Inspiration
Inspired on the image of a Hen Harrier Bird, which has a traditional nesting place in the Irish habitat.
